MAA - Minor Addition and Alteration
What is MAA?
Any minor adjustments and changes to the fire protection system of the building. Some examples include but are not limited to alteration to any false ceilings internal partition works in an individual unit In order to be considered for MAA submission, any proposed work or changes must not affect any structure’s fire resistance properties or the existing fire safety system, otherwise relevant SCDF submission is required.
Provide an alternate solution
Instead of the more tedious process of Building Plan resubmission, a MAA can be done in place.
